1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and ba99 ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by ba99.

By accessing ba99.bz, downloading the BA99 app, or registering as a member, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms contained herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

BA99 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use the ba99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. ba99 strictly rejects registrations from underage individuals.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.
• Not prohibited by any law, regulation, or court order from participating in gambling activities.
• Have never been declared bankrupt or are currently undergoing active bankruptcy proceedings.
• Registering in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• Not an employee, partner, agent, or immediate family member of any BA99 staff.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the ba99 platform. Registering more than one account, whether using a different name, email address, phone number, IP address, or device information, is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. This information is required for identity verification (KYC) purposes and withdrawal processing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. BA99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party if you fail to protect your login credentials.

Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. There is no maximum limit set for standard deposits; however, accounts with large cumulative transactions may require additional KYC verification before the deposit is processed.

7. Member Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in your account being suspended or terminated without notice:

• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the infrastructure of the ba99 platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of financial fraud, including unauthorized credit card use or unjustified chargebacks.
• Sharing or selling your BA99 account to another party.
• Spreading false or misleading information about ba99 to the public.
• Conducting any unlawful activities through our platform.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

BA99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account immediately and without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or upon instruction from relevant authorities.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the BA99 customer support team. Valid cash balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member following a review and investigation, within 5 to 14 business days.

• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administration fee.
• A notice will be sent to your registered email before any inactivity fee is charged.
• Accounts closed due to fraud or serious violations are not eligible for any refund.

9. Liability Limits

BA99 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical failures. We strive to keep the platform running 24/7, however scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary disruptions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ba99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including loss of opportunity or unforeseen financial loss.

10. Disputes & Complaints

If you have any dispute or complaint regarding your use of the ba99 platform, we encourage you to contact our customer support team first via live chat or email. Most issues can be resolved within 24 to 48 hours.

For more complex complaints, ba99 has a formal complaints procedure involving a review by the management team. You will receive a written response within 7 working days from the date the complaint is officially received.

• All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the disputed incident.
• Please provide complete details including the transaction ID, date, and description of the incident to expedite the investigation.
• BA99's final decision on any dispute is conclusive and binding.

11. Personal Data Protection
